Richard N. Osgood, Jr. | Senior Project Manager
Richard has been a vital member of the firm since 2000. He has over twenty years of experience in planning, design, and construction of historic buildings undergoing rehabilitation, restoration, and adaptive re-use, as well as the design of new structures within historic contexts.
He has a wide range of expertise in historic preservation and architectural design that includes detailed building evaluations, master plan and feasibility studies, an architectural design commitment to traditional detailing and materials, and the sensitive incorporation of modern building technology into existing historic building fabric.
Richard received both a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and Master of Architecture, History & Preservation from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 1992 and 1995 respectively. He is a member of the Association for Preservation Technology, Preservation League of New York State, The Landmark Society of Western New York, and Historic Pittsford, serving on their Issues Committee.
